How to return your order
You can easily register your return online in just a few simple steps. We only need a few details from you.
After registering your return, you can purchase and download a return label directly through the returns portal. By registering your return in advance, we can process it more quickly in our warehouse. Please note that returns that have not been registered beforehand may experience delays in processing.
The return label is valid for 5 days, so please make sure your parcel is sent within this period.
Please note: As of September 1, we have migrated to a new platform. Returns must now be registered through a different process.

Please note
- You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it if it does not meet your expectations.
- It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and tags. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits can only be returned if the hygiene seal and all original tags are still attached.
- Defective items can always be returned. Items that are no longer suitable for resale due to use, washing, damage or soiling will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
- If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by BARTS. The return label must be purchased through the returns portal.
- We encourage customers to minimise unnecessary returns to help reduce the environmental impact of transportation.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in BARTS stores.
