We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on business days are shipped the same day.
Delivery Options
During checkout, we will display the available shipping methods, shipping costs, and an estimated delivery timeframe. Available delivery options depend on the shipping address entered at checkout and may vary by country.
All orders are shipped with DHL. We offer the following delivery methods:
DHL Parcel Connect (Standard Delivery)
Estimated delivery time: 1-5 business days, depending on the destination country. Please see the overview below for country-specific shipping rates and delivery times.

- Delivery to a DHL ServicePoint (available locations will be shown during checkout).
Services
- Email notifications with shipment updates and the estimated delivery date.
- If you are not home when DHL attempts to deliver your parcel, they will provide instructions on where and how to collect your order. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we are unable to resend it. In this case, your order will be refunded automatically.
DHL Express On Demand Delivery (Express Delivery)
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days within all EU countries.
Shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and the delivery address provided during checkout.
Services
- Email or SMS notifications with shipment updates and the estimated delivery date and time.
- After placing your order, you can manage your delivery preferences and choose from the following options:
- Schedule delivery for another day.
- Redirect delivery to a different address (including a neighbour's address).
- Leave the parcel in a designated safe place.
- Deliver to a DHL ServicePoint.
- Request DHL to hold the parcel for up to 30 days.

We currently ship to EU countries only, using DHL as our carrier. Below you will find an overview of the countries we ship to, including shipping costs, return costs, and estimated delivery times.
During sales periods and peak seasons, such as the holiday season, deliveries may take a few business days longer than usual.

All parcels are shipped with DHL.
For all countries listed above, excluding the Netherlands, DHL Express shipping is also available. Rates depend on the destination and shipment weight and will be displayed during checkout. DHL Express delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, DHL will return it to our warehouse. In this case, we will refund the order value, minus any return shipping costs incurred. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
